As in human body systems, in any business the brain is the most important part to be protected and keep functional. It is where all the data and administration of business activity can be gained and can be lost. Any loss of data or good administration will pull a business down.

I am in banking and most of our transactions and security are mainly in central computerized data storage. Our confidentiality with clients are of most importance and we have also been able to achieve this economically with the high tech central manager which does not need much man power, transportation and vaults to ensure safety of information and money. The computerized system enables us to easily make corrections on the data and secure accounts with passwords and sensitive alarm systems. But at the same time if we have a low class data centre management, our data can be easily changed for illegal purposes as well as switching off password and alarm systems. The confidence in our company will weaken and we can not stop clients from going or ignoring us.
