For a long time I had been searching for a diet plan that would yield results, but flexible enough to allow me to eat all the foods I love. This, of course, was a difficult quest. I asked friends, and researched various weight loss diet plans. There were a few programs I was tempted to settle on, but since I had been through the dieting cycle a number of times—unsuccessfully, I didn’t want to fail once again.
I eventually picked Nutrisystem’s Women’s program. I signed onto their 28-day weight loss diet plan with some fear and a little bit of embarrassment, but was interested in what they considered to be tasty diet food.
The first meal I tried with the plan (which was mailed directly to my apartment) was lunch, whose main course was a surprisingly delicious pasta parmesan with broccoli. After I ate the main course (which only took 6 minutes to prepare) I tried a cup of chocolate chip pudding, which tasted great. I have been eating Nutirsystem’s food for ten days now. The program not only works (I’ve lost 8 pounds already) but it tastes great!
