ePERKS.com is a new concept will be launched at the end of the July 2007 for consumers. The idea behind www.eperks.com is to connect customers to some of the best professionals in fields such as real estate dealers/agents, home improvement companies. For example if you get an ePERKS real estate agent they will offer you substantial discounts along with many additional perks that you would receive if went through an ordinary company. Be sure to check back on the 30th July to sign up and benefit of this new marketplace and save hundreds of dollars simply for signing up.
This is possible because ePERKS agents are constantly buying exclusive coverage worldwide which means they can offer you a higher discount. Not only have a lot of thought gone into the way this marketplace will operate, you can tell that the effort has been put in to making this website and also as it has a nice colour scheme with a great eye catching logo which can be seen on the web site.
For consumers the idea is really simple and easy to use, you can simply search for real estate agents in your area who will guide you through the whole process and saving you money at the end of it just for simply using ePERKS agent.
After the 30th (when you’re able to sign up for yourself) you have three plans to choose from depending on your individual needs and what you’re expecting from this marketplace. Each plan has a price tag depending on the features you get within that package.
If you have any questions regarding ePERKS you can check out their FAQ section firstly to see if the answer is given in their but failing that you can call them directly to speak to a member of staff waiting to get your call.

Hello Gio,
The ePERKS article was very well written. As an early pioneer of ePERKS in Minnesota, USA, I am very enthusiastic about the future.
The concept really makes good “cents”. I believe ePERKS works, and is a win-win deal for real estate professionals like me, and smart consumers like you.

Whole idea of giving 15% back to the buyer. That would solve the bad prospect problem we are having. I hypothically i should only receive prospect who are really interested in purchasing a home. This is a great idea eperks has.
