Sanjaya Malakar

A name that has created traffic over the internet, Sanjaya malakar is a contestant of the recently concluded American Idol. He is a 17 year old singer, son of an Indian father and an Italian American mother who lives in Seattle. The kid took the internet by storm giving him the popularity to reach up to the top 7th in American Idol season 6. He is the most talked about contestant in this latest season for a lot of reasons.

Many thought that he wasn't good enough to be in the competition but some fans loved him. There was even an American Idol fan who committed hunger strike just to vote him off. He created a difference in American Idol through his originality often criticized by American Idol judge Simon Cowell who is known for his infamous blunt remarks. Hundreds or maybe even thousands of blogs are on the internet to talk about almost everything in Sanjaya’s life, from his weird fashionable hair to her hot sister who was also a contestant of the American Idol. After the 6th season was concluded a lot of questions about what awaits the artist, many say that he'd better consider acting or modeling than being a singer. For me, regardless of how he sings he has earned his name not just to American Idol fans but to millions of internet users.
