This theme created and designed by Philip M. Tiangson from a glance looks classy and very professional. The first thing to stand out in my opinion is the gradient background which starts off blue and goes into white as the page goes down.

The overall design is based into 3 columns with a top navigation that stretches from left to right across the top of the screen. This is a commonly used design today simply because it works! It’s clean, simple and makes navigation a whole lot easier for the user. The colour scheme for this theme works so well together, with the sharp blue at the top fading to white with the orange mouse over the hyperlinks in the right hand navigation making them stand out.

One thing I like about this theme is that the top navigation bar has the shadow underneath giving it the 3D look and makes it appear it popping off of the page with the grooves where the hyperlinks are placed which in my opinion is a nice touch.
