PageRank Update
Did you notice your PageRank earlier today(July 14)? Well, check it out. Yes, it looks like Google has updated their PageRank! After a month and 11 days since this contest started I got a rank of 4. Not bad. I don't know how you feel about this but seeing your PageRank Toolbar filled with some "green" color in it is something and it really feels great! 
I mean this is what SEO is all about.
Search Engine Optimization I think, is a quest for "RELEVANCY" and Google's PageRank technology continues to be an important factor for this. Google says that PageRank is the measure of the importance of a page, but what does it mean in terms of keyword position from search results? I checked the other contestants’ entry and found two sites with a page rank of 6 which lead me to yet another questions: How important is your PageRank to SERP(Search Engine Result Position) for a particular keyword? Does it necessarily mean that if you have a higher PageRank you will also get a higher ranking position from your targeted keyword? I really hope not. Hopefully I would find some answers as we go along.

PR is kinda weird. I got a PR 4 for my entry site in about a month, yet still down on SERPS (ha-ha-ha, sheer luck if i could still get into the top spot, even on the 1st 3 SERPs, nakakatamad na magmaintain…hopeless!) whereas i got my hush-hush (kuno) personal blog a PR 3 for like after a year or two?
